About the Department of Mathematics
The Department of Mathematics at KAHM Unity Women's College (Autonomous) was established in 1993. Since its inception, the department has grown steadily and currently offers a Four-Year Honours Degree Programme in Mathematics under the autonomous curriculum of KAHM Unity Women's College, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the FYUGP framework. The department is known for its vibrant academic environment and regularly organizes workshops, seminars, and international conferences to promote teaching, learning, and research in applied probability, stochastic processes, and other emerging areas of mathematics. With a team of dedicated faculty members, the department is committed to nurturing young talent, fostering analytical thinking, and inspiring students to pursue higher studies, innovation, and research in mathematical sciences.
